Downloading your files on Etsy
Step one
To access your files, you must be signed into your Etsy account on a computer or web browser.
Once you’ve signed in, select the ‘Purchases’ tab.

Find your order on the Purchase page.
Next to the order, select 'Download Files'

Select the final 'Download' button.
Your files will automatically download to your computer and be ready to open.
